Mediterranean and Brazilian flavors are reimagined by Chef Mateus MARANGONI, who brings vibrant and refined accents to each creation. From Provence to Brazil, with touches of Asia, local and seasonal products are given new life: prawns and crab korokke combine delicate vanilla notes with a hint of spice, lamb is paired with eggplant and red grapes enhanced with açaí, scallops meet the subtlety of peas and black garlic, while red mullet is elevated by the marine flavors of nori and the lively kick of biquinho peppers.
Each day, the Chef unveils a selection of menus, offering a refined journey between discovery and indulgence.
